We’re excited to be hosting this year’s meeting in conjunction with the OHSU DOHaD Summer Course on OHSU’s stunning waterfront campus in Portland, Oregon! This partnership between the US DOHaD Society and the DOHaD Summer Course is a fantastic opportunity for trainees to learn from leaders in the field and network before the scientific program of the Annual Meeting: Beyond 1000 Days.

Overview of 2025 DOHaD Events:

July 28 – 30th – OHSU DOHaD Summer Course

This year the OHSU DOHaD Summer Course will focus on the “Environmental Impact on Developmental Programming“. The course, intended for trainees and junior faculty, focuses on creating a space where participants can learn more about the basic principles and latest advancements in the DOHaD field by inviting OHSU Researches and external speakers. The DOHaD Summer Course will be a great way to ease into a week sure to be filled with a lot of learning and engagement and we hope to see you there!

July 30th – DOHaD Trainee Day

This year’s theme for Trainee Day is “Beyond the Science” where participants will engage in workshops about scientific communication, grant writing, innovations in networking, and more! The professional development programming during the day will be followed by a social for Trainees before the US DOHaD Annual Meeting festivities commence. Trainees who register for either the Summer Course or the US DOHaD Annual Meeting will be able to participate in Trainee Day, and there is a discounted rate for attending both.
